Question about after code 2 FP

Guys and Gals, You have seen my posts about code 2 FP before. Here is another question I have in mind. As you may see in my signature, my FP1 was done about/over 15 months ago, and code 2 FP was done over a month, do I need to get full fingerprint again (code 1 or code 2) since my first full print is expired ? If I do need to take FP again, why didn't they just ask me do it full last time I did code 2, save me one trip? Any thoughts?
