Question about Affidavit of Support - I864

I have question about Affidavit of Support

I have I-130 Approved for my parents

I went online and paid fees and it let me pay fees only 1 as a sponsor.
On the Document Cover Sheet, only my father's name was listed.

Regarding Affidavit of Support Form I-864, do i have to file and mail two seperate applications for my father and mother or i have to just file One Form I-864???

Please advise

You have to file 1 for each parent. .....so total 2.

Ok, so if i am filing 1 for each than i have one more question

in affidavit of Support form there is a question Number 9

I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principal immigrant named in part 2 above. Do not include any relative listed on a seperate visa petition.

Do i have to check this box and put my mother's name in my father's form and vice versa??

It says "Do not include any relative listed on a seperate visa petition" because that question is referring to derivative beneficiaries. So do not answer Yes to that question.

This section is very confusing
So if i do not include my mother or father in each others' applicaiton, than what to write on household size on next page?

It will not make sense to provide NVC household size of 3(me wife and father) and household size of 3(me wife and mother) in two different forms
they have made this very confusing
