hello ,
could anyone tell me , if USC(sponsor thru marriage) doesnt make 125 % oof poverty level income, is there any other ways to complete this process. Any advice will be apreciated. thanks

Couple of options...
1. If applicant makes over 125% of minimum income requirement, his/her income can be used with the USC's income.
2. Get a joint sponsor
3. Show assets.


Look at instructions on the I-864.
