Question about Advance Parole

Hi,
I am working on EAD and have my AP valid for 1 year. While appling for AP, I applied for multiple entry (6times) but the AP document (2 pages) nowhere says about multiple entry. I have entered US on the AP already once, at the port of entry the officer took the 2nd page. So do need to apply for AP again or can I use it for reentry upto 6 times?

Generally .........You need at least 2 copies for the first entry at POE.
they will return one copy stamped to you.
my friend was told to carry stamped copy and fresh copy for second travel by his lawyer. He is not back as yet!!!
 
Does it mean I need to apply AP again and carry that new AP along with old stamped one?
