Question about Advance parole.

I have 1-140 approved and I-1485 pending since Oct-2003.

I had got advanced parole before at the time of concurrent filing but I have not used parole which has been expired. Now I wish to apply for advanced parole again. Do I need to mentioned that I need another parole of do I need to send them back my previous parole (Unused).

Could some one tell me that how can I apply this time.

I-485 (OCt-2003); RFE issued on Aug 2005; replied received by USCIS by USCIS in Sep-05: Stuck with retrogression
 
I belive expired AP have no effect.

Download from from USCIS site and read the form column carefuly and also instructon if they are asking you to provide info any AP u applied before then write and send old copy to them otherwise simply fill it out. and send them.

One more thing, how long does it take to get it these days. I am plnnning in April. do you think is it enough time to get it.

Not sure about how long, but I believe put 3-6 months avg in ur mind.
