Dear friends:

INS start to use new I-131 form this year for Advance Parole.

Part 1. Information about you

3. Class of Admission ???

What should I fill in this Class of Admission?

Also, part 7 ask me to use a seperate sheet to explain what circumstance to warrant the issuance of Advance Parole. What should I say in that sheet?

I am currently holding H1B and my I140 and I485 is pending since April 8, 2003.
