I came here as a K-1 visa holder(fiancee visa). I married my USC petitioner within the 90 day period.

I have a question... Is it necessary to file the I-485 before the expiration of I-94??? or is it okay to file after 90 days of admission in the USA as long as I got married before the expiration of my K-1 visa...

You are OK ---- as long as you got married within 90 days. But do not wait long to file I485 --- you dont want to accrue too much overstay time.
