I am currently in State-A and have submitted I485 (EB1a) for wife and myself. I will move to State-B (same service center) because of job, but my wife will stay in State-A for one more year. During that year, I will have a new Sate-B address, but I will travel back to State-A very frequently. Therefore, I will have two addresses during this year. After that year, my wife will also move to State-B. BCIS will know my change of address because I will transfer my H1-B when I move to State-B. My question is whether I should report my address change to BCIS. Will it affect my I485 if I don’t report address change.

As long as you get your mail, it wont affect your i 485.

Means if INS, sends any letter, you should receive it. Else it may go back to them and you will have to change the address to receive the letter.
