Hi, presently I am H1, and present employer is porcessing my GC. As the first step we run 4 advertisements in Sunday paper. In response to first 3 ads we did not recieve any good match but when we run last 4th ad...one employment agncy contacted my director and forwarded the resume of a candidate who matches good with the requirement.
I would like to have opinions for you ALL what should we (me and my employer) should do in this case. I would also like to hear yur personal experience if any one has passed thru the same phase..i am very tense right now and just don't understand what should be the next step.
