I am going to file my EB2 but my company only provide document. Today I asked them to put the ad on company's website, they refused it, they said there is no job opening now so they can not put the ad on the website. My lawyer said he can file it without the ad on website, very small chance to be audit, is this true?? Can anyone give me some suggestion, thanks a lot!!
