Hello ,
Once I-140 is approved and we cant apply for i-485 due to retrogression reasons we get 3 year extension for H1-b (if 6 year is already over). So my question is if i got i-140 approved and 3 year extension from company A and iam right now employed with A. If i decide to move to company b and request for a h1 transfer will I still get h1 for 3 years ?
