I know i have a very basic question for some of you but would highly appreciate your explaination.
My question is about what is 245i and how it can useful to someone?
My case is as follow:
6/2000 - My company filed and approved H1B visa from INS, Vermont Service Center.
3/2001 - My company filed "Labor Certification" in EB2 for Green card.
9/2001 - NOF received regarding pay. Company withdraw "Labor" application.
12/2001 - My company filed "Labor Certification" again in EB3.
6/2002 - Got laid off but "labor Certification" was pending. It may have approved later (not sure).
