I heard that somebody read "Newsday" HomlendSecurety came up with new rule, all aliens that lost there cases in INS court will be deported on the spot, all aliens that have there cases pending will be detained.
Is this mean that after almost 17y's being here paying taxes, with no criminal record,thay can come pick me up and keep me in detention camp till my case in Federal court is over?
Is that true, that only 5% of cases win in Federal court, even if my attorney tells me he is 90% shore he will win the case, After motion to reopen was denied, he is telling me he is waiting to have conference and that he is very confident it will take maybe 2 y's but will be OK.
What that mean conference? Is that mean presenting case to Federalcourt?
Here in NY, some people (nonimmigrants) are telling me I should stop wasting money on .... I will never win.
Reason #1 .INS judges are scared to grant stay ,only in some special cases.
Nobody in INS courts(Appeal) read cases, backlog is to high and it's wasting time to read it's more safe to denied all except some.All cases that was denied from Board of Appeal are filed on FederalCourts.It's worst that was before.
Tips from some "Honest" Lawyers stop wasting money on INS courts and lawyers, go underground, and don't do anything to get you arrested.
In Florida, Cunnecticut and in some other states ,coming in NY and NJ ,if cops poll over for traffic, they have right to ask for Immigration status and I guess you could tell the rest.
Gilbert, and some of you, any optimistic word of justice ?? I have no clue,all my educations and believes going down in Hudson River.
