This is regarding my wifes case as dependant of EB2.
I have seen a very strange LUD on her 485 which I would appreciate any help there
She has applied for 485 on Dec 2008, She received her FP notice in January and then her EAD and AP approval in late FEB. One thing that I noticed was that the receipt number pf her FP was identical to the receipt number of EAD. IS this common? as I though it should be like 485? At the time of submission we paid the $1010 for everything.
Anyways on June 26 I had an LUD with the title: The fingerprint fee has now been received. The case is now pending.
On June 29 another LUD with the title: Fingerprint fee accepted; receipt notice mailed and case pending.
I never received any mail after that.
Does anyone know what these mean? any idea?
