Quesion about 485/EAD/AP receipt notices

Hi,

I filed for I-140/I-485/EAD/AP on Dec 13, 2004 concurrently with my wife's 485/EAD/AP.

I received all my receipt notices. But for my wife we have received only AP receipt notice, but not others. Is it normal that receipt notices can be sent in separate dates though they all were filed together? I'm worried coz of all these "retrogression" rules.

if ur application has reached USCIS before Dec 30,2004 u have no reason to worry.
 
Thanks for the quick reply fast_gc_seeker. Since all of them were sent together, they all should have reached on the same date. I'm wondering how they sent receipt notice for AP alone, while I received all my receipt notices on same day
 
:) You would have got all the receipt now. The same thing happened to me too. All the receipt did not come in the same. But finally I got those all.

Do not worry - she cannot get AP receipt without 485 being recd. She will get her 485 and EAD receipt soon.
 
Thanks to HARRY007 and Jharkhandi for your convincing replies.

Yes we got all the receipts and both of us have luckily got everything approved :) except 485 which is obvious. But things never be smooth as my wife's 485 receipt number is recognized neither by website nor by automated phone system. The cust service says there is a issue in the way it is entered and it won't come up in online or phone system. I have to keep calling NSC to know abt her 485 status :(
