Questions before filing AOS...
Greetings all;
I just got married 3 weeks a go (my wife is USC) and in the process of filing
AOS.
I entered US as F1 and attended University and received my degree back
in 2002 and also got the 1 year practical training which expired on 2003.
So basically, I was out of status for the year of 2004 and 2005 (2 years).
Because I didn't wanted my status be out of status, I have renewed I20
with some other college in different state for the 2004 and 2005 to cover
the status for those years. But I have never attended classes...
So the question is, when applying for AOS,
should I include all the I-20s for the years of 2004 and 2005? or should I
not include them? and If during interview, If asked, I should tell the truth
about not attending classes?
Thank you all in advance.
Happy Holidays...
