im in the process of filling 130/G325 A and im stuck with a few questions.ill really appreciate if any one of you can plz help me out.

ques .the first line of the form asks for NATONALITY/CITIZENSHIP and FILE #
my ques is if a person holds indian nationality as well as US citizenship .what should we write in it.
FILE # what does it means ?is it the same as allian registration # or should i leave it blank?

ques # 22 if your relative is in US and will apply for AOSto that of a lawfull permanent resident at USCIS OFFICE in ----------city ---------state.
my ques is what should i write in this the DISTRICT OFFICE where the case will be interviewed or CHICAGO LOCAL BOX where i will mail the whole package.130/485
