Ques in Applying AP (I-94)

I understand AP application requires I-94.

I got one stamped I-94 during my last entrance in US in 2002. I also got a I-94 from my H1-B approval letter in 2004, which has never been stamped. Now my legal status is I-485 pending since I no longer worked for my previous H1-B employer.

Which I-94 shall I use? Thanks a lot!

which is current in my case

That is exactly the thing I'm confused. The stamped I-94 was the time when I was F1. Then the latest I-94 was for H1-B.

But I am no longer a H1-B, can the I-94 still means a valid current one?

I-94 is I-94 whether stamped or not. In your Case I-94 from H1-B supersedes your old F1 status in US since you changed the status from F1 to H1-B, and you must have filed the GC on the basis of H1-B

More Over Current means the One which is not expired.
