Hi,
Greetings to all. A H1 petition was applied for me. But i do not want to use that H1.If i tell my H1 employer that the visa was rejected giving whatever reason i think of, is it possible for the employer to cross check with the US Counsulate regarding this. In case if they cross check can this cause any problem like complaint to counsulate or any legal thing. A such there was no agreement between me and the H1 employer.
