I have H1-B visa which I'm going to get stamped in New delhi when I visit India next week. My wife was on H1-B until last month and now she has left the job and her status is AOS (I'm the primary GC applicant). So, she'll be using AP to enter US when we return in last week of December.
Q1: Does she need to fill the same I-94 form (white color) that we use while travelling with H1-B or will she need a different form for AP.
Q2: Will there be any problem at port of entry as the primary GC-applicant is using H1-B and the derivative is using AP.
Please help.
