Hi,
I'm working on L1 VISA for firm A and my wife is working with EAD(expiring soon) on L2 VISA. My Labour was recently filed by my employer. I have the Priority date in May 2010 for it. I have 2 questions:
1. Because labour was filed for me, what would be status of my wife wrt her EAD extension? Can she apply for EAD extension normally? Will there be a fee for it?
2. If another employer decides to initiate my H1, and I start working for him after October this year(provided I have a valid H1), can I still make use/benefit fromf same prioriy date in any way?
(Considering my previos employer would nor continue with my GC process but my new employer is ready to file it)
