Hi,I am an B.Com Graduate and a CDAC Certified Professional having 4+ Years of IT Experience working in a reputed IT Organization.
As per my Organization Policy I can apply for L1 Visa only after I complete 1 Year of service with them. Is this Correct?
If my Organization agrees to process my Visa on a Premium Basis, How much time would it take to get an appointment from US Consulate for Visa Interview?
Note :- If applying through Premium what benefits does a candidate gets and that too for a Non
