Query on H1b application

Hello All,

I'm currently on H4 and I'd applied for H1b in regular quota but my application came back as my name was not selcted in the lottery.

I would be completing my Master's this month and I was not aware of applying in Master's quota with letter of completion prior to getting degree certificate.

Can I apply now? Is there a way out for me? Please help...

Hello there,

US Master's H1 visa numbers are also finished for fiscal year 2008.You can look for some organizations that are not subject to CAP like Non Profit,National Interest etc.
