I am an US citizen and got married in Jan end. I am currently in India and need some advice on Applying I-130 in Delhi Consulate
1. Any idea how many days should I stay in India to apply in Delhi Consulate
2. I am currently making business trips and have been in India frequently since Jan?
3. Any feedback or experience on how the I-130 process n delhi consulate works?
4. I have my PIO card? do i still need to get the foreign residential permit?
