People belonging to Igate will know the story about amended I-140 (my original I-140 has been approved long ago), for those of you who don\'t know, our company split into 10 different companies each with a new name. Because of this change they had to file an amended I-140 (while my I-485 was in process).
Recently there was a query in my I-485, for which the company responded. To my surprise I found today (08/29/01) that INS has raised a query on my amended I-140. I am really confused and wondering as to what it could be, I haven\'t heard many cases where there were query on amended I-140\'s.
Any information from anyone in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
