Query about working on EAD

Hi,

My husband applied for green card under EB1( I am also added to his application). I-140 is approved and we are waiting on I485. Currently I am working on EAD. Do I need to continue working on EAD to maintain my status. Is it fine if I dont work on EAD?

Since you are a derivative AOS (spouse) there are no requirements for you to work. You can have your EAD and not work (you cannot work with no EAD)
