My labor was applied in old process in 2005. Since it was taking forever, my lawyer applied for labor in new PERM process as well. This labor got approved and later on I-140 got approved. But the priority date of this labor is end of 2006.
Sometime this year the old labor got approved as well. My lawyer has applied for the I-140 and its over 3 months now and I am still waiting. In the worst scenario that this I-140 gets rejected, does it in anyway impact the approved (PERM) I-140 ?
