Queries related to case numbering???

Hi friends,
I hope everyone is fine and doing well. I have some questions, I hope I get answers to them. Please bear with these questions, if they don't make sense to you!

1) Which continent gets the first case number e.g. "00000001"?

2) Does numbering start from 1 for each continent, e.g. 2013AF00000001, and 2013AS00000001?

3) Do we see case numbers like 2013AF00000001 and 2013AS00000001 simultaneosly, or it is not possible?

4) On what bases, one continent gets lower case numbers as compared to another component?

5) My case number is 2013AS000043**, when can I expect my interview?

Questions 1 - 4) Each region starts at 1 (so yes, 2013AF0001 and 2013AS0001 would be possible).

Question 5)
Based on the DV2012 results you number is current in October!
