EAD approved.
I-140 awaiting approval.
Current Status with the company - H1.
Queries:
1. Can I use EAD to do part time work? (now or after 6 months are over?)
2. If I use EAD to do part time work only - Do I need Advanced parole to leave and re-enter the country or can I use my H1?
3. If I can do the part-time work on EAD - but decide to leave it at a later date - or get laid off - does it affect processing of I-485 in any way?
4. Can the part-time job be in any field? (or it has to be in the field of my LC?)
