can u plz clear my doubts ? i have completed my masters in uk.i'am planning to apply for h1b from uk.
1. Is it too late to apply for a h1b incase i apply in july 2nd week? do u advise me process premium in that case ?
2.do u advise me to get visa stamped in india or uk ? where is rejection of visa more , uk or india ?
3. i can show only 1 year experience. is that of any disadvantage for my visa?
4. Incase i get my visa stamped in UK,should i have to immigrate from uk to usa, or can i go to india after getting my visa ,and then immigrate to usa from india.would they checkout for where i get immigrated from?
