What are the procedures needed to apply in Quebec?does it similar to applying other place in Canada?
or do they ask for any specific procedures before we apply?

I have just obtained the CSQ and will be sending in my application to Buffalo. Thats all the input that I can provide about the application.

myk1234, the dates that you have specified are for the Quebec application or is it for the federal application that needs to be done after obtaining the CSQ.
