Quality of Finger Prints

Hi All,
I had my fingerprints done over the weekend.
(CSC: San Jose ASC)
However, I had my fingers burned after holding a food warmer, a couple of weeks ago and I have a couple of patches on one finger. They came out as rectangular patches on the system. (Pale white patches)
The technician said it\'s OK since that\'s the way my fingers are.
Can INS/FBI reject my fingerprints based on that.
Can somebody throw some light, if you happen to know, any info regarding this.

Also, can I talk to somebody and confirm, if my fingerprints have passed.

Are you sure that it\'s rejected. I did my FP on 1st Aug and got one more FP notice today. The date is 3rd Aug. I\'m confused why it happened.
