I filed my labor in 2002 and it got approved in 2003. I saw on my approved labor that the qualification from year and to year were wrong. My 140 and 485 were filed and we got query on company's ability to pay, we replied but for last 4 months we have not got any response ..in the meantime couple of cases has been denied for same RFE. My employer plan to file the labor application again ..I'm confused should I submit the application with correct dates this time or should I file with same dates that were used in earlier application.
