Hi,

I have a query regarding the L1 rules, it says that for "a specialized
knowledge person (L1 B) that person should have worked with the
foriegn employer (non-US branch) continously for at least 1 year in
last 3 years, Can you please explain this to me?

1. Does it mean that the If the person is employed for foriegn branch
for at least 1 year and then resigned, US branch can call him on L1?
2. If the person has worked in foriegn branch for 7 months, then 3
months in US and then 5 months in foriegn branch will it be 1 year as
per rules?
3. As I have Valid Visa till Sep 2005 so If I resign from foreign branch, Can I travel to US branch on that Visa?
4. The petition is valid till May 2006 so will it be valid even if I resign from foreign branch?

Thanks,
