I am still on H1 .. No EAD. If one of these days I walk in to work and given a pink slip, can I still go to INS office and get an EAD based on my 485 Receipt notice ?? INS does not have the news about my Lay off at that point (I assume ..) Any one see any problem.
You may ask why are you waitin and not getting your EAD now !! Answer is its late in the night and I may get the pink slip tomorrow.
