it is D/S in I 94

2)in number 21 column the place where u lived together?

do i need to write anything cos I am in US and just got married b4 2 weeks

3) I am in Philadelphia, PA so in number 22 what should i write for USCIS office city and state for adj of status application?


for form I 131
what should I check one trip or more than one trip

I am sending it with i 485
what additional documents do i need to send for i 131?

do i need to give reason of travel support document?


there is also one option form i 485 expires on but what USCIS status or I 94 and what should i write there?
