I have the following Qs.
1. My I140 is approved for CP and NVC has already forwarded my
Case ( MDRxx..) to Chennail consulate in Aug\'00. I also receivd
Pkt.III from NVC during the same time.
But, I didn\'t send my filled Pkt. III to Chennai, because my PD is
not yet current. However, it is likely to become current next
month. ( Announcing in Nov for Dec. ). But, 6Yr H1b expires
on the 28th FEB 2001. If I choose to do CP, assuming it becomes
current next month, and deliver my Pkt III ( hend deliver) around
15th Next month, Can I make it to the Interview in Dec or Jan\'01 before
my 6Yr H1b expires?
My PD is 18FEB1997 ( EB3, India ).
2. My I140 approved for CP. Can I still file I485?( I don\'t want to wait another 1 Yr. I already waited 4 Yrs so far ).
3. Has there been any rejection in EB3 classifications?
