Q's about FBI cert, English ability, relatives

I have some questions about applying for Canadian PR.

1. I have lived in a Gulf country for 2 yrs (age 21 at that time). Do I need a police certificate from that country to apply for Canadian PR?

2. What should I submit to prove my English ability? I have MS degree from the US. Took TOEFL, GRE,..a few yrs ago to qualify for admission.

3. I have 2 first cousins with family living in Canada who have PR. Will I qualify for some points for that?

Ans : Yes. You have to call Embasyy in USA and they will tell you procedure to get Poice Clearnce. I lived 1 year in Oman. applied for Police celarce also.

2. What should I submit to prove my English ability? I have MS degree from the US. Took TOEFL, GRE,..a few yrs ago to qualify for admission.
Ans : send your tofel score.

3. I have 2 first cousins with family living in Canada who have PR. Will I qualify for some points for that?
Ans : tell your relative send photocopy of landing record. send this paper to Canadian INS.

About TOEFL, can I use the old TOEFL score now? It is not valid in the US anymore (over 4yrs now). Do I need to take TOEFL again?
