Qn on Visitor Visa I-134 affidavit

Hi Folks,

I am posting this after searching the website what I am looking for.

Can anyone tell me what documents should be sent in support of ones working status in US as required in I134 Affidavit form. I am working on EAD and waiting for my approval in next 2-3 months.
