Qn for Gurus - After approval - Is there a time limit for getting passport stamped?

I was wondering if there is a time limit within which we should get our passports stamped, after approval.
My wife and kids are going to India for whole summer vacation. I will be gone for a month in August. The way VSC is approving , my application could be approved any where between now and August.
EB2- India - RD Aug 3,00 , ND Aug 18, 00, FP Nov 29, 00.

Is it OK to wait 1 to 2 months after approval to get passports stamped.
