Qestions about I-485 REF & EAD

Hi, Guys

My first question is if I get a REF for my I-485, how soon I should give them the feedback. I know it should be as soon as possible, but my question is if they will give me a deadline ( like in 1 month, or something) to turn on my REF.
My another question is: Can I use my EAD in A company and use my H1B in B company at the same time. Of course it's a short time, like 2 weeks. Because I found a new job using my EAD, but my old employer will hold me for a while. So I don't know if I'll have some troubles about this if CIS knows .

Please give me some advice and your experieces.

for RFE you will have more time than 1 Month i think its more like 90 days.

As for finding a new Job. As long as your 140 is approved and 485 is pending for more than 6 Months and the jobs is same as specified in the Labour you can use Ac21

The second question is:
I am working for company A with H1. If I join company B with EAD before I quit company A (using vacations exmple to temporarily leave company A, for example), is there any problem for the short time (1 or 2 weeks) overlap of H1 in Company A and EAD in Company B?

The other part of the question is: If after 1 or 2 weeks, I still want to stay in Company A. Is my H1 in Company A still valid?

There are more than 2 months to replay a RFE.
