If a person put "yes" in Q.15 which is "have you done any crime in which u r not arested?". will they investigate abt it or not

for example a person work illegally in visit visa status 10-15 years ago and now at the time of citizenship he put "yes" in q 15 and list it... will they ask any further question like where u work? how long you work etc.... or they just leave it..??

If you fixed your status properly, and if I read your question correctly, they will not go back 15 years and investigate you or other people in terms of where you worked, how you bypassed the laws. The IOs job is to evaluate you, and it is unlikely they will launch a investigation into history.

Many people with overstayed visas have cleared N400. Many people with illegal entry and then marriage to USC have cleared N400.

What is your story in terms of illegal visit to GC conversion?

If you came illegally and went back without them knowing, how does CIS know you were here?

Was this illegal entry / work discussed during GC? If it was disclosed and forgiven, it is likely it will be forgiven again. However, if you did not disclose it earlier ... let's wait for your answer.

Did you put that as yes on your I-485 application? Was it ever mentioned during your GC interview?if not then dont check yes.
