Better to apply H1b extension.ravvap said:Hi Guys,
I have filed 140 & 485 on Dec 13th 2004. I got approvals of EAD and 140. My H1B is getting expired on May 16th 2005. Should I got for H1B extension or Can I use my EAD.

You should better extend your H1B, even if you have to pay for it.
There are lot of factors involve in the GC process.
1. USCIS law
2. Officer adjudicating the case
3. Employer
4. Employer Manager
5. Client ?
6. Client Manager ?
7. Attorney
8. Attorney's clerk
9. USPS mail service
10. etc ...
All of these external factors play equally significant role in our GC process.
It is better to have a supporting status like H1B always.
