Q to march2002 people without FP

I noticed some march 2002 cases getting approved (with FP done) and that is awesome news!My question is for people that are from march or even before that that do not have a FP notice yet, are you guys receiving it now or nothing is happening? TSC is just looking at cases that already have have a FP done? Just trying to make sense of something that does not make sense. :D

I think the approvals/RFEs/Transfers are based on RD/ND and then FP date.
and again this all Trend is only for 2002 filers and not 2001.

Check the members sheet here. all the members from Jan & Feb have had their cases touched.

I know of hoping4miracle who is from Mar 02 and has not got FP.

if only, everyone helps in keeping the information accurate on such trackers
we would be able to get correct analysis.

I am hoping yl4801 gets approved soon so this will break that trend.
I think his FP date is of later date in 2003 and he is from Mar 02.
 
I think TSC processes I485 in the order of FP then RD currently. I have several friends whose RDs are around Apr. to June 2002 got RFEs back in Jan.,2004. All of them did their FP in around Jan.2003. I think that now TSC tries to avoid 2nd FP very hard (since asking people do 2nd FP does nothing good to TSC).

Haven't you noticed that in the last two to three weeks, almost ALL approvals were March to May 2003 FPs, while NDs ranged from 7/01 to 4/02...

I believe it is FP driven...as tigerking said: "to avoid 2nd FP"...

Just my 2 cents...

This is why I suggested to add a worksheet to your wonderful Members sheet based on FP DATES....However, I do understand that it is easier said than done... :D
