I am posting this message for a friend of mine.
Initially, on his EAD, AP and 485 receipts his name was wrongly spelt. Through his lawyer, he sent in a note to INS to fix it immediately. Now, last week he got his EAD card with the wrongly spelt name on it. When he brought up this issue with his lawyer, he says he need not bother about it because he is going to use this EAD with his current employer and they already know him. But my friend is not sure about this.
Secondly, only yesterday he heard on AVM that his AP is approved. Not sure, how the name is spelt on that?
His Details: PD 03/00, RD/ND 03/01
Ciba/Gurus, please advice me what to do to fix this mess?
