Details: Hi Experts there,
One of you might be knowing exactly how handle the below Scenario
F1 Student (Currently Out of status from 2013 ) been Married to US Citizen and filing i-130, i-485, i-765
But do not know if he has any NTA on his name or any Existing Removal Proceedings or been Deported logically (Not physically )
So what is the Best Order in which he should file the applications and any other extra forms to be filled if yes what and when

My idea is :
File the i-130, i-765 ----> approved (i-130 & i-765) -------> apply for i-485 ---------> if Denied then -------> Apply for Request to cancel the NTA , RemovalProceedings etc..

Please advise
Thanks.

There's no advantage to filing I-130 on its own, without I-485. I think you should file them together, or not at all. If you are not ready or not sure to file I-485, you should wait until you are ready and file I-130 together with it.

Also, on what basis do you expect to apply for an EAD with I-765? You need to have I-485 pending in order to get an EAD. So I-765 can only be filed at the same time as, or after, filing of I-485.

Then what about the Unknown NTA, RemovalProceedings or Deportations
i mean what option i should fill in the I-130 form regarding the point about any NTA or Removalproceedings
