Q regarding 485 in TSC

Guys,

My I140 (eb1) was recently approved. for some strange reasongs, my lawyer did not do a concurrent 485 filing. I will be filing for I-485, AP and EAD in about 2 weeks. My question is, how long does it usually takes to get I-485 approval after I-140 is approved (in TSC) ? Also, how long it usually takes for AP? I am planning to travel outside US in december. I will have to reschedule it I do not get AP by then.
