I just found this great website, so hopefully i can find answers to my questions here:
Q1: My application was received on Oct. 15, but my case is still pending so far. Any idea if this is common or if there's something wrong with my application?
Q2: All the supporting documents I submitted were those listed on I539 form. I didn't submit any transcript, employment termination explaination, or proof that I'll return home country after degree completion. Are those documents important? Shall I submitt now or just wait for them to ask for it?
Q3: In case my case got declined, do I have to go back to my home country immediately? Or can I do something, e.g. to appeal, to stay here till May so that I can finish one semester's courses?
