Q on EAD renewal

My current EAD will expire on 01/14/04 and the 3rd EAD was filed on 11/13/03. Can I apply the iEAD at the local BCIS office before 90 days?

Now I just start a short-term contract job in Pittsburgh and apply a new apartment while I keep my current home in Allentown, Lehigh Valley. My questions are:

1. Shall I need to change my Driver License during my actual work period in Pittsburgh?

2. Can I go to Pittsburgh sub office to apply the same day iEAD if I don't get the 3rd EAD after 90 days but my DL is not belong to this area? Can I continue to work and ask my employer to hold the payroll before I get my new EAD?

3. Does Philadelphia office issue the same day iEAD?

Probably not, but u can try.

If it is short-term, if I were u, I'll not change.
