Q on Degree Cert.

Folks,

I am getting my CP papers ready and had the following question.

I came to US on an F1 visa and went to school here(MS). Finished all the requirements of the school got optional practical training and got a job, however I never went back and graduated (got my diploma). All my H1 paper work is based on my Bachelor\'s degree and my GC application is also based on Bachelor\'s degree (EB3). I have never been out of status. How will this affect the CP?, should I be concerned about not having the diploma?

As per my knowledge,
you need not worry about your diploma.
At best they will see what is mentioned in your LCA and I-140 application. Which is also highly unlikely.
